2025 善愛嘉年華：喚醒愛，讓愛永續！

The annual "Love & Goodness Carnival," a magnificent event collaboratively organized by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) and the Little Tree Charity Association, is set to grandly open its doors on August 2nd and 3rd, 2025, at Hall 2 of the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center! As a fervent advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Black Frame Bilingual Magazine is honored to invite all our readers to join us in this charitable extravaganza filled with love and hope. 由中華民國對外貿易發展協會與小樹傳愛協會攜手打造的年度盛事「善愛嘉年華」，即將在 2025年8月2日至3日於台北南港展覽館2館盛大登場！身為聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs）的積極倡議者，黑匡雙語雜誌非常榮幸地邀請所有讀者共襄盛舉，一同參與這場充滿愛與希望的公益盛典，散播希望，散播愛！

Learn Through Play, Experience Love Through Learning: Eight Enhanced Exhibition Zones!

玩中學，學中感受愛：八大展區，精彩再進化！

This year's Carnival, themed "Awaken Love, Sustain Love," features the core initiative "Embrace with Love – Helping Children with Love." Through the central ritual of "7-second Heart-to-Heart Hugs," each embrace transforms into a tangible charitable donation. The goal is to help 2,000 underprivileged children participate in the "7 Lessons to Love Yourself" program, learning to listen, affirm, and express themselves.

本屆嘉年華以「喚醒愛，讓愛永續」為主題，並以「擁抱心運動－用愛助學童」為主軸行動，透過「心對心擁抱7秒」的核心儀式，將每個擁抱化為實際公益捐助，目標幫助2,000名偏鄉學童參與《心愛自己7堂課》課程，學習傾聽、肯定與表達自我。

The Carnival features eight upgraded exhibition zones that integrate education, public welfare, parent-child interaction, and ESG sustainability concepts. The diverse content ensures that all ages can learn through play and experience love through participation:

嘉年華現場規劃了八大升級展區，融合了教育、公益、親子互動與ESG永續概念，內容包羅萬象，讓全齡都能在玩樂中學習，在體驗中感受愛：

心靈探索區 (Mind Exploration Zone)：從心出發，認識自己與愛的起點。
國際文化區 (International Culture Zone)：展現多元文化，擴展孩子國際視野。
科學成長區 (Science Growth Zone)：激發學習動機，讓知識與遊戲同行。
親子同樂區 (Parent-Child Fun Zone)：創造溫馨回憶，促進親子連結。
無框架教室 (Borderless Classroom)：跨界學習場域，打破學習邊界。
永續生活區 (Sustainable Living Zone)：實踐永續行動，從家庭走向社會。
健康體驗區 (Health Experience Zone)：推動身心整合，關注健康新生活。
玩具Hi翻區 (Toy Fun Zone)：懷舊與創新交會，開啟親子玩心。

A Stellar Lineup Joins Forces!

眾星雲集，共襄盛舉！

This Carnival brings together the power of various educational institutions, businesses, and charitable organizations. Not only will there be academic institutions like the National Palace Museum, National Taiwan Science Education Center, Yuin-Tze Science Education Foundation, Nuclear Safety Commission, and National Applied Research Laboratories, but also the popular Pokémon interactive experience. Furthermore, the "Return Our Unique Parks Alliance" will create a "Free Play Base," and the "International Play Association Taiwan Chapter" (IPAT) will integrate traditional play equipment, paper art design, and digital innovative games to offer children more diverse play experiences. The event will also feature inflatable playgrounds, street performers, dinosaur theater, distinctive agricultural products, Chinese Vegetarian Health Alliance, food trucks, fun ball games, and handicraft workshops. These exciting activities are not to be missed!

此次嘉年華匯聚了來自不同教育單位、企業及公益團體的力量。不僅有國立故宮博物院、國立臺灣科學教育館、遠哲科學教育基金會、核能安全委員會、財團法人國家實驗研究院等學術單位，更有廣受孩子歡迎的寶可夢互動體驗。此外，「還我特色公園行動聯盟」將打造「自遊基地」，「國際遊戲協會台灣分會」（IPAT）也將整合傳統遊具、紙藝設計與數位創新遊戲，為孩子們提供更多元的玩樂體驗。現場還有氣墊樂園、街頭藝人、恐龍劇團、特色小農、華人素食健康聯盟、美食餐車、趣味球類與手作工作坊等，精彩活動不容錯過！

Caring for Underprivileged Areas and New Immigrants, Building an Inclusive Society with Love

關懷偏鄉與新住民，用愛打造共融社會

In addition to the rich parent-child interactive experiences, this year we will sponsor 500 children from remote areas to attend the event in Taipei, allowing the power of love to reach every corner of society. Simultaneously, we are collaborating with the Pearl S. Buck Foundation to care for new immigrants and their second-generation children, using the connection of love to reduce cultural barriers, bridge distances, and foster deeper integration of diverse cultures. Black Frame Bilingual Magazine firmly believes that the Love & Goodness Carnival, like us, is dedicated to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), changing the world through action, and creating hope!

今年除了豐富的親子互動體驗，更將贊助 500名偏鄉孩童前來台北參與盛會，讓愛的力量得以傳遞至社會的每個角落。同時，我們也與賽珍珠基金會攜手合作，共同關懷新住民及新二代，透過愛的連結降低文化隔閡，拉近彼此距離，促進不同文化的深度融合。黑匡雙語雜誌深信，善愛嘉年華與我們一樣，都致力於實踐聯合國永續發展目標（SDGs），用行動改變世界，創造希望！
