To encourage businesses to actively adopt smart and low-carbon technologies, the Ministry of Economic Affairs has launched the “Equipment Replacement Subsidy”. This subsidy category remains consistent with previous years, covering Grade 1 energy-efficient air conditioners, refrigerators, gas stoves (gas hob), energy-labeled lamps, air source heat pump water heaters, freezers, and other equipment. The subsidy covers 50% of the purchase price, not exceeding the cap for each item, with a maximum subsidy of NTD 500,000.
