Green and Sustainable Finance Knowledge Lecture
(August 21st, Taipei Session)
面對全球淨零碳排與ESG永續潮流，企業不再只是被動因應，而是必須主動布局。為增進金融機構與經濟部中小及新創企業署114年度「中小微企業碳健檢及AI財務培力計畫」之緊密合作，特別舉辦「綠色及永續金融知能系列講座」，藉此提升金融機構第一線人員瞭解企業碳排實務及建立綠色素養等，以助於推動綠色金融之落地與執行，協助中小企業如何從碳健檢出發，掌握永續金融趨勢與綠色融資資源。
In response to the global trend of net-zero carbon emissions and ESG sustainability, businesses are no longer merely passively reacting but must actively strategize. To foster close cooperation between financial institutions and the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' 2025 "SME Carbon Health Check and AI Financial Empowerment Program," this "Green and Sustainable Finance Knowledge Series Lecture" is specially organized. Its purpose is to enhance financial institutions' frontline personnel's understanding of corporate carbon emission practices and establish green literacy, thereby facilitating the implementation and execution of green finance. It will also assist SMEs in starting with carbon health checks, grasping sustainable finance trends, and accessing green financing resources.
此次講座主題為「碳市場與碳定價趨勢」，特別邀請「中華經濟研究院能源與環境研究中心-劉哲良主任」及「博士旺創新-黃啟誠總經理」針對碳定價機制重塑金融投融資決策，及把碳說清楚用鏈來證明等議題進行分享，更特邀「金融研訓院-林士傑主任」分析金融業推動中小企業減碳轉型之策略，帶您一起提升永續投融資之專業。
The theme of this lecture is "Carbon Market and Carbon Pricing Trends." We have specially invited Dr. Che-Liang Liu, Director of the Energy and Environment Research Center at Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, and General Manager Chi-Cheng Huang from Bosswang Innovation to share insights on topics such as how carbon pricing mechanisms reshape financial investment and financing decisions, and how to clearly articulate carbon using blockchain for verification. Furthermore, we have specially invited Director Shih-Chieh Lin from Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance to analyze strategies for the financial sector to promote carbon reduction transformation among SMEs, helping you collectively enhance your expertise in sustainable investment and financing.
