身為全台灣人口最多的領頭大縣，新北市再次展現其國際教育的前瞻視野。近日，新北市教育局正式宣布與美國北加州私立藝術教育的第一品牌——「舊金山藝術高中」（San Francisco High School of the Arts, HSArts）達成深度合作。這場跨越太平洋的盟約，不僅僅是兩地教育資源的對接，更是在 AI 浪潮席捲全球之際，為台灣下一代定錨「原創力」與「品格力」的關鍵佈局。

The New Taipei City Education Department recently announced a strategic partnership with the premier brand of private arts education in Northern California: the San Francisco High School of the Arts (HSArts). This trans-Pacific alliance is more than just a resource exchange; it is a critical initiative to anchor "originality" and "character" for Taiwan’s next generation as the AI wave sweeps the globe.

舊金山藝術高中校長張雪容博士（Dr. Sherry Zhang）在致詞中強調，藝術教育絕非僅止於技藝的磨練，而是塑造心靈、追求真理與熱愛秩序的過程。在當今人工智能（AI）快速發展的社會中，科技可以模擬演算，但無法取代人類對「美」的深刻感知與原創靈魂。

Dr. Sherry Zhang, founder and president of HSArts, emphasized in her speech that arts education is not merely about honing technical skills; it is a process of shaping the mind, pursuing truth, and loving order. In today’s rapidly evolving AI-driven society, technology can simulate algorithms, but it cannot replace the profound human perception of "beauty" or the original soul of creativity.

值得注意的是，科技巨頭輝達（NVIDIA）創辦人黃仁勳及其夫人 Lori Huang 基金會近期捐贈 2,250 萬美元予加州藝術學院，亦精準指出「科技、藝術與設計的交匯，正是驅動創新的核心力量」。這印證了即便在矽谷的最尖端，藝術原創力仍被視為通往未來的通票。

Notably, NVIDIA founder Jensen Huang and the Lori Huang Foundation recently donated $22.5 million to the California Institute of the Arts. Huang aptly noted that "the intersection of technology, art, and design is the core force driving innovation. This confirms that even at the cutting edge of Silicon Valley, artistic originality is viewed as the essential ticket to the future.

新北市教育局長張明文表示，透過與 HSArts 的合作，希望能讓美感教育普及，讓藝術成為孩子表達與成長的語言。過去，台灣以卓越的科技技術改變世界；未來，透過台美藝術教育的接軌，台灣的孩子將學會如何運用「真、善、美」的底蘊，在 AI 時代中以獨一無二的創造力再創奇蹟。

Director of New Taipei City Education Department, Chang Ming-wen, stated that through this collaboration with HSArts, the goal is to popularize aesthetic education and make art a language for children’s expression and growth. In the past, Taiwan changed the world with its superior technology; in the future, by aligning with US arts education, Taiwanese children will learn to harness the foundations of "Truth, Kindness, and Beauty" to create new miracles through unique creativity in the AI era.
